Birmingham is England's second city and one with surprisingly beautiful green spaces for maternity photography — Cannon Hill Park's rosebeds and lake, Sutton Park's vast National Nature Reserve of ancient heathland and open meres, and the Lickey Hills giving panoramic views across the city and Worcestershire countryside to the south. Beyond the city boundary, the Clent Hills and the Worcestershire countryside begin within 15 minutes.
I photograph Birmingham maternity sessions in a relaxed, natural style — gentle prompts rather than formal poses, with golden hour timing available for the most beautiful light. Sessions are booked between 28–34 weeks, and I travel from Cambridge to Birmingham for maternity photography.
